    Who am I?

    Hey! My name is Esther (or Ezz) and I'm the creator of Through the Phases - an online space dedicated to helping you balance personal growth and self care.

    I combine my lived experience with chronic illness and knowledge from my studies in psychology, yoga, and the mind-body connection, to help you navigate your own phases of growth and healing.

    So that you can live a fulfilling, sustainable, and balanced life - without burnout.
